Our roots are in shipbuilding and plant design. The company was founded as a manufacturer of plastic scale models of engine rooms and complex
industrial plants. The models are used in yards and construction projects to ensure a quick and flawless production and for familiarisation and education of personnel. Our tasks in this business
have not changed much, but technology has moved on. We no longer handcraft models, we create them in 3D-CAD programs in our computers.
We have also expanded our services: we currently also provide engineering and design for steel structures, outfitting, electronics and electricity.
Our clients count on our skills for the development, basic design, detailed engineering and design, system coordination, creation of manufacturing
drawings and parts lists.
For smaller projects we can also provide manufacturing of the developed products.
We design and manufacture jigs and tools for the production of cars for major German brands. Amongst others we provide welding fixtures and equipment, automatic and semi-automatic assembly jigs, test beds, testing equipment and gauges and injection moulds.
For the aircraft industry we design working and assembly platforms, trolleys, lifting gear and other equipment required to assemble aircraft.

Many types of equipment require an update during the lifetime of an asset. They are adapted to new production methods, old or broken parts have to be replaced, new legal and environmental protection requirements have to be implemented. We provide the required support for your project:
As-is assessments can be achieved down to milimeter accuracy with the use of laser scanning. The data is transfered to our CAD-systems, new components are added in a virtual environment first, attachment points can be assessed, collision checks made, logistics and transport of the new parts are checked to ensure they fit into their new position. Afterwards we provide accurate manufacturing documentation.
We use this skillset for the retrofit of ballast water and exhaust gas treatment systems on ships, for variance analysis of new plants in which unexpected errors occur, quality checks, the update of outdated drawings and maintenance documentation, the creation of 3D-models of existing plants, etc..
Smaller equipment such as tools and machinery components are scanned with photogrammetric scanners to a very detailed level. The equipment can be changed and
improved in our systems. Afterwards prototypes and small batches can be manufactured in 3D-printers.
